Brotherhood of the Roots
BOTR is where radical ownership meets relational intimacy. We help build a future where families thrive, communities flourish, and our ancestors' prayers are finally answered.
Join NowThrough years of personal and professional experience, we came to recognize a deep need to return to what has always been here: the ancient wisdom found in our relationship with the Earth, with one another, and within community. Brotherhood of the Roots was born from that remembrance.

Each month, we gather at the legendary Starhouse in Boulder for a consistent space to speak truth, take ownership, and call one another forward. We hold each other accountable to live what we say, translating insight into action and intention into embodiment. This is how man sharpens man. Iron sharpens iron.

"As I stepped into this community, I found parts of myself I didn't know were missing."AhvaRhythm Sanctuary founder
"Going to the Brotherhood of the Roots has been very valuable for me continuing my journey through Men's work, giving me a place to practice what I've already learned and discover more that is new. Having a place where I can be seen and bring my happiness, sadness, or anger and know that the Brotherhood can hold it, and keep it in the Circle is powerful. Trust the process and be yourself."Joshua Miller
"I used to get nervous in groups of men. This place changed everything about how I show up."Jacob FProject Manager
